BUYER'S CHECKLIST — KUWAIT

Before you buy any WhatsApp bot — ask these, including of us.

We're not going to tell you we're the best. We're going to hand you the questions that reveal what you're actually buying from whoever answers them. Ask us the same list and compare the answers.

THE LIST, BEFORE YOU SIGN
What should you ask before paying?

First and heaviest: does the answer come out of my business data, or does the bot make it up? Make them show you what it reads from — a sheet or file you control — then ask it about something you've run out of and watch whether it says so or invents a reply. Second: does it speak Khaleeji, or translated textbook Arabic? A Kuwaiti customer hears the difference in the first line. Third: does it run on the number my customers already have saved, or a new number I have to teach everyone from scratch?

Then: what happens the moment a customer asks for a human — does the thread move to your staff carrying everything already said, or does the customer start over? Does it understand voice notes, given how much of Kuwait sends audio instead of text? And finally the question nobody enjoys answering: if I cancel, what leaves with me and what stays with them — is the data mine, and does the number stay mine? Our answers: the sheet is your data, you get a copy, and we never owned your number to begin with. Ask everyone else the same thing before you decide.

The same checklist, run against our own desk.

An illustration — the buying questions put to our sales line, in the shape a real thread takes. Push harder than this if you like.

Pre-purchase questions, answered without the sales gloss.

Test it before you buy by asking about something you know doesn't exist — a discontinued item, a service you don't offer, a branch you don't have. Anything that answers confidently about a wrong thing today will do the same to your customer tomorrow. Ours is bounded by your sheet, and when it has no answer it says so and hands the thread to a human instead of filling the gap.
Because any table we write comes out in our favour, and you know it. The checklist above applies to us exactly as it applies to everyone else — ask it of all of them and let the answers do the comparing. Whoever gives you a clear answer on data source, handoff and cancellation is the one worth continuing with.
The thread has to move to your staff in the same chat, carrying everything already written, so the customer never repeats their story. If a vendor tells you their bot handles everything and never needs a person, that isn't a feature — it's your risk.
