FOR CHALET OWNERS & RENTAL OFFICES — KUWAIT

“Is it free this weekend?” — the calendar answers before you do.

GulfBot runs on the chalet's own number: it reads the booked dates from your calendar, separates weekday from weekend pricing, explains check-in and check-out, and logs the booking request with the guest's name and number — then hands you the conversation the moment money is mentioned. The bot never takes a payment.

THE STRAIGHT ANSWER
What does a chalet booking bot actually do?

It is wired to the date sheet you keep — yours or your rental office's — so a question about a specific night is answered from that sheet: booked or open, what the night costs, what the rental includes. Before it commits to anything, it asks for the dates, the number of nights and the headcount, so the request that reaches you is complete instead of half a sentence.

Deposits, transfers and refundable amounts all end with you. The bot explains the rule, then passes the thread into your hands with the dates and the agreed rate attached; it never asks for card details and never confirms that money has arrived. Khaleeji Arabic and English on every plan, and it understands the voice notes guests send from the car.

Chalet owner questions, answered without the runaround.

You give the bot the chalet's own number and your date sheet. The guest messages, the bot asks for dates, nights and headcount, checks the sheet for that night, quotes the rate and the rules, and logs the request under their name and number. You open your phone to a tidy list instead of thirty scattered threads.
No, and that is a decision, not a gap. It never hands out an account number, never asks for card details, and never confirms that money landed. The moment payment comes up, the thread is yours in the same window with the dates and rate attached, and the confirmation comes from you.
The bot answers from the last thing written in the sheet, so a stale sheet can show a taken night as open. That is why it logs a booking request, not a confirmation, and pings you to approve it — the lock-in always comes from your side.
