Cancellation & Refunds.
How to cancel, what happens when you do, and where we stand on refunds. This page reproduces clause 10 of the Terms of Service for easy reading — the Terms are the binding text.
Cancelling
- No minimum term, no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time, for any reason.
- How: written notice — an email to sales@gulf.bot or a message to our published WhatsApp number. One line is enough.
- When it takes effect: at the end of the subscription month in which you give notice. The Service runs until then, and that month's fee remains payable.
- After that: the Assistant stops responding on your number, your right to use the Service ends, and your number — which was always yours — carries on with you. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable. We do not refund part-months, unused message allowance, periods during which you chose not to use the Service, or the build fee once the build has commenced.
This is a deliberate and clearly-stated position, reflected in the price: the Service carries real per-client running cost from the moment it is live, and you can cancel at any time to prevent any further charge. The only exception is the service credit for availability shortfalls in clause 11 of the Terms — if measured availability in a month falls below 99% for reasons within our direct control, you can claim a credit against the following month's fee.
The 10-day promise, restated
Your first monthly payment does not start until the day your desk goes live. If we miss the 10-day build window, we keep building at no charge — you are never paying a subscription for something that isn't running.
